Hi im on ipad i have topped up my credit by £10 and ran out of data so i have payed for the £20 but i dont know how to start it now and not in 30 days as on my ipad it doesnt let me text or call anyone outside imessage

Are you able to try the SIM in a phone to send the text? 

If not, do you have the option to start the pack if you log into your EE app? Leanne 🙂
