Top up failed and my bank account was debited with 5 pound. My account was debited on 3rd March 2023 and top up failed. I have contacted my bank after a week and the reversal was not done. My bank has directed me to follow up with my provider. Kindly reverse the failed 5 pound to my account.

@Wink2mos : Is it showing as Pending on your bank a/c or has it actually been debited?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

That's not an EE charge; it's SureStream Digital's & it's not even for an EE top-up amount.
