Have you tried the steps on our Top up your pay as you go mobile help page? 
There is a section towards the bottom "Top up using an E-voucher or E top-up card" which may be handy 😊

Text 150 with ETU, then a space and then the 13-digit E top-up card number for example, ETU 1234567891234.
