I’m attempting to top up my account through the reminder text send by EE as well as through the app on my phone and on my laptop and I still am unable to pay. I finish putting in my card info and then it says additional authentication required and a blank white screen that I cannot interact with. I’ve also tried the fast payer thing and it wouldn’t let me either. Really don’t know what I’m supposed to do here.

I’m using my American cards but I was able to top up last month without much issue. Only now I’m experiencing problems with the site.

Is your card registered within your EE account?
I would recommend getting in touch so our customer care team can check your account and help take payment.
