I get text message marketing offers regularly and sometimes use them when I know I'm going to be using a lot of data. However the last few times I have received these offers when I try to reply I get an error message saying that the phone number is incorrectly formated and the message is not sent. Any idea why or how to sort it?

If you're on PAYG are you in credit?
Are the offers from EE or time limited?
Are you in the UK?

Hi, yup PAYG and in credit, defo from EE and in date, and yes in the UK.
