Subscription pack issues

Hi, I have been trying for sometime to change my subscription pack with my sim. After completing a certain procedure when I confirm my payment a new section appears stating “Additional payer authentication required to complete your payment” ,,, can anyone tell me what should be the next step? I ran out of data,,, need to update the package ASAP

Are you able to try this on a different device or browser? Does the same thing happen?
