Hello,
I am unsure to what's the problem but recently whenever I attempt to subscribe or top up using my virtual card through phone, the card number and cvv during the payment process says it is unavailable and I can't enter anything. Please advise.

Can you top up using the My EE - Make Anonymous Payment, online fast payment?
