Hi, I’m thinking of changing my subscription pack. Do I need to cancel my current pack first? Or can I go ahead and choose a new pack first then cancel my current pack? I hope this makes sense.

Buy the new pack before the existing pack expires. If you want it to start immediately then text NOW to 150.

Hi @LG441

Thanks for coming here.

The new pack will start when the current pack expires, you would need enough credit to cover the new pack 🙂

You can text ALL PACKS to 150 for details on available packs and how to select a new pack.

Leanne 🙂
