Hello, I paid for a pay as you go subscription for 10 pounds and it didn't seem to get activated so thought it would because of the zero top up balance so I did a top up of 5 and it's still the same.
It says no active package but shows only the top up of 5 pounds. It's happened multiple times and I am thinking to switch now to probably a different provider. It would be great if anyone could let me know why it's like this!

Yeah that was the first thing i did when it didn't work and when i logged into the app it shows no subscription pack but just the credit top up thats all.

I tried that and just got a reply that my last top up is 5 pounds which was done today and nothing else. It doesn't show my 10 pound pay as you go pack. Thanks !

Making a phone call should start the pack that you have activated.
