Kerrie919

I keep getting text from an EE number which when I call goes to answerphone.

The texts are thanking me for topping up and letting me know my balance is low, yet they aren't from EE just this mobile number how can I find out what they are please?

They start with this code V2-GSM:e@

Anyone any ideas please where these are from?

Hi @Kerrie919

Welcome to the community.

Are you on EE pay monthly or pay as you go?

Katie

Thanks for confirming @Kerrie919

I would recommend reporting this to your network provider and asking if they have a route for Spam/Phishing.
