Stop securing payment for Top up credit

How do I stop a recurring monthly payment (its going straight to credit) but maintain the monthly subscription for my pay as you go sim?

Oh and also: I had to text them twice for this to work. But it did.

I texted "STOP REC" and they came with the usual bs...

"STOP REC" again and THEN they asked me to text "YES as a confirmation...
