I have a pay as you go SIM that was used for data only with an EE Osprey Mini but has not been used in a few years I recently looked into starting to use it again so went online to top it up already had £15.00 credit, but I added another £15.00, so I could purchase a data add on, but this does not work. Can EE provide me with a free new SIM and transfer existing credit to new SIM, so that my credit can be added for me to use I do not need to keep the old number ??
