Says card payment fail, but it should work.

Hello,

I have a pay as you go sim which I purchased last month and activated with a plan. I have also ported my number over successfully.

The plan should have renewed today, but I received a text message saying they couldn't take card payment. This is strange as there is more than enough money in my account, and the card payment was successful last month.

I have logged into my ee account and I tried to manage payment, but it errors out.

I have come on here asking what to do next. I tried calling ee, but it's endless recorded messages and I can't seem to speak to anyone.

What can I do?

Hi @SparklingWater

Try restarting your device and trying again.

Make sure the number and any link are genuine as there are many emails/text messages which are fake.

Thanks
