Hi! I have problem, I tried to activateing the SIM in EU but faild (SIM was connected but no data etc.). Now I am in the UK. The SIM is connected to the EE LTE network and still nothing, no data etc. Current credit £0, but £30 subscription pack is still active. How can I activeing the SIM? Access point is active (maybe reset needed? But I didn't recived any configuration message). Help!

Does the subscription pack show was active if you text AL to 150?

@khakinx   Your device is unlocked to use any network SIM card ? depending on the age of it it could be locked to a different network. 

My phone is not locked, it is connected to the EE network.
