Roaming not working in France

I thought if my PAYG monthly pack started before July 2021 I wouldn’t have to buy roaming at £2.50 for 24 hours or £10 for 7 days - I’m here for 3 weeks on have lots of data available

@Vonnie74 : No, the July '21 date applies only to contract. The operative date for PAYG is 06/06/23 & applies to all PAYG SIMs whenever they were bought. You now need 1 of those "Roam Like Home" add-ons in order to use your pack in the EU.
