I have an old 3G Orange phone and payg sim (larger shape).
I have purchased a new 4G phone and need a new smaller size SIM. How do I acquire a replacement SIM which retains the credit from the existing SIM

Orange SIMs are no longer available. You'll need to call CS to transfer you to EE & they'll send you a replacement SIM with the same no. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

@XRaySpeX all Orange Pay as you go customers were migrated to EE with their Orange sims they just need a replacement EE sim.

When texting NUMBER to 150 what network does it say you are on?

@XRaySpeX Orange's JT system was decommissioned and everyone was migrated to excalibur which is EE's billing system there are still people on T-Mobile plans because they were already on excalibur.

No harm in getting OP to check his network, is there?
