Replace lost SIM card: credits are gone

I lost my SIM card and requested a replacement. After I receipt the replacement SIM card, I found the credit in my old SIM card is no longer there.  How can I get it back please?

Welcome to the community. 

Please report your SIM as lost by either calling 150 from an EE handset or 07953 966 250 from any other phone. 

You can then get a replacement SIM by either calling our customer care team or by popping in to your local EE Store with photo ID.

Sorry, replacement SIM cards can only be sent to your UK address.

I'd still recommend contacting our lost and stolen team on +44 7953 966 250 as soon as possible, so they can prevent any unauthorised use of your SIM card.
