Hello!
Until now, I have always topped up my phone monthly using vouchers that I purchased. Currently, I have two EE vouchers of £15 each (purchased on December 14, 2025, and valid for 6 months after purchase - until June 14, 2026). I was unable to top up my phone using the voucher, so I visited the EE office in Kingston on March 22, 2026. They refused to assist me, stating that it was not possible because I have a contract and payments are made via direct debit. The store also refused to take back the EE vouchers and refund my money on March 22, 2026.
Please advise me on how I can resolve this issue, as the money has effectively been paid to EE, but I cannot top up my account or get my £30 back.
Kind regards,
Vitaly.

Hi @Vitaly23
There is no reimbursement on PAYG vouchers but if you want to speak to EE CS then call them on 150 or via the number in the below link.

Thanks

@Vitaly23 : You were told a load of tosh by the store you visited. You don't have a monthly contract & you don't pay for PAYG by DD.
I should try phoning CS to see if they would refund them, altho' I doubt they will as they are outside any 14-day cooling-off period. Alternatively try the retailer you purchased them from or, if you paid by bank card, try for a Chargeback.
