Hello,
The last time I was in the Uk I got a data plan and paid with my card. I don’t remember opting for a recurring payment. I traveled back to my country and a few days later I get a debit on my card for £15 credit. I tried calling customer care but I got cut off in the process as I didn’t have enough call credit. I tried calling back but I get put on hold for a long period and end up exhausting my call credit without any solutions.
How can I get a refund as I do not use EE outside the UK and how do I prevent this debit from happening again??
thank you

Thanks for coming to the community.
You can cancel the recurring card payments in your EE app or by logging into your account online.
To discuss a refund, you would need to get in touch with our customer care team.
