I have not used my pay as you go mobile phone for almost 11 months as i was away from UK. I am returning to U.K on 19th september 2022. Kindly let me know, if i can Top up and use my phone.

@Fyaz1  Your going to need a new SIM card.  Your sim will have been deactivated for lack of use.  Your number will be gone and you can just get this back. 

 

to keep a sim active you need to make a chargeable call/text every 2 months. 

EE or any other network for that matter can not keep unused SIM cards going.
