Hi
My bank card is registered with EE and linked to my phone number. I switched PAYG packs and also texted "ALL PACKS" to 150 for EE to take my top up amount from my bank each month at the renewal date. I have not received any acknowledgement of this and was wondering if there is any way the I can check if this has been set up successfully.

Look in your online MyEE to see if you have a direct payment set up.
Texting ALL PACKS to 150 doesn't itself set them up. All it does is tell you what packs are available.
