Hi
I would like to know how to top up if I need to receive a call From UK while in Serbia, knowing that there is a cost to receive calls

I don't really understand why sometimes I can receive calls, they go through, and sometimes it just doesn't, like my number is unavailable

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

When you are not receiving calls you can't have enough credit to pay for them. They cost £1.80 / min.

As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/serbia > PAYG.

Well I just tried to receive a call again, from several numbers, but it turns out that someone else is answering on this phone number. My number would have been attributed to 2 different lines. How to sort that out

How do you mean you tried to receive a call, from many nos.? You don't try, you answer. Isn't someone trying to phone you, your phone rings & you answer it?

No I asked my mum and a friend to call me on my phone number, and it is someone else answering, my phone does not ring

But also sometimes it reaches my phone, sometimes it reaches someone else's phone
