Welcome to the EE Community

Are you wishing to use a new debit card for your payments? You should be able to do this via your online account on the website or app. 

If you are on a contract this would be in the billing and payments section. If you are on Pay as you go you should be able to register a new card when doing a top up or when setting up a recurring pack purchase.
