Welcome to the community.

If you have a pay as you go SIM, we are not able to offer any kind of emergency data.

Occasionally there may be offers to get free data but these are only available if you receive a text about the offer. If you don't receive a text like this, you would need to top up to purchase a pack or add-on to have data.

If you have a pay monthly contract account, your plan may include Stay Connected data if you don't have unlimited data, which lets you carry on having a data connection at a reduced speed, even if your data allowance has been used up.
