I tired putting on my data on my iPad and it don’t seem to work even though my bill has been paid, doesn’t show 4g on the top right and I reset it still don’t work I don’t get it…….

Thanks for reaching out here on the community.
Please could you try the following steps, turn Airplane mode on then back off.
Ensure mobile data is switched on, restart the iPad.
Make sure the iPad is on the latest software.
Reset the Network settings, this will not delete any personal information, but you will need to sign back into your Wi-Fi. Go to settings > general > Transfer or Reset iPad > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If after trying all the steps above you are still experiencing issues, please Contact Us.
