I have an Iphone Pro Max I had the EE 150GB plan it was monthly my plan I received the normal 5G signal, I switched to the Pay As You Go 50 GB plan I'm not receiving the 5G signal so it has 4G coverage. Would you like to know what is going on?
Thanks,

Are you saying you have switched from PAYG?

5G is only available on pay-monthly plans if so.
