I need to do auto top, I am trying to do from EE app, but my account is cancelled, I need to talk to an agent.

When you say cancelled when was the last time you made a chargeable call or text.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
