Unsure if this is the right place, can't find anywhere for help on this.
Wondered if my number had been disconnected so tried calling 150 and "calls to this number are not being connected, if you've dialled correctly it means calls are not available from this network"
Signed in to my online account, and it still seems I have an account, but I don't have any idea what is going on. I've missed two important calls from my doctors today due to not being able to receive calls, and have no idea if I even have my phone number any more.
Would love some help.
Thank you.

@LilyD : Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
