Hi! just placed an order for EE BB and Sim Only. Got to the landing page saying I need to pay £20 deposit due to result of credit check. clicked that I agree and to go onto next page to pay said deposit and complete order - store down for maintenance...
What number do I call to extend the time before a call goes to message?
I'd like to extend the time before an unanswered call goes to the message service.I gather there is a special number to call but I can't find what it is.

Received email from EE cancelling my broadband installation order. I am confused. I did nothing. In fact my modem just arrived in the mail today.
