Pending boosts

Hi,

I am a pay as you go customer and my free boosts are showing as pending, how do I get them activated?

Welcome to the community. 🙂 

When your pack allowances run out, your free boosts will automatically activate.

Can you text BOOST to 150 and let me know the reply?

My boosts are saying they are pending, I text boost to 150 and got the reply ‘Great news. You will get an extra 18.0GB every time you buy a pack. You are also 2 more packs away from being able to add another boost. For more info go to EE. ee.co.uk/EE’

Your boosts should kick in when your normal pack data runs out.
