i would like to change the date my bill is due because of a change in financial circumstances

@ashabb4 You can do this via your online account or by calling customer support. If you’re already been billed then it can’t be changed until next month. If your having issues paying on time you need to call customer support about this
But are you a PAYG customer? Or a contract customer?

If you feel you may have some difficulty paying your bill, have a look at Help if you have problems paying your bill for further help.

You sure you are on PAYG? You don't have bills on PAYG.
