I’ve just received my new sim I payed £35 subscription but it’s still saying I don’t have enough credit to make calls.

Have you tried restarting your device, then text BA to 150 what does it say.

Are you in the UK.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I’ve tried this twice and only get balance £0.00

Is it showing you have any allowances at all when you text BA to 150 as @Northerner suggested?

Do you have access to the EE app to see what it shows there?
