I bought a contract phone after having a pay as you go sim. I was told I could put my pay as you go sim in the contract phone and my pay as you go subscription would stop itself. Well my pay as you go has ran out today and now my phone can’t use my contracted 4g? I don’t know how to swap this over so i can start using the 4g apart of my contract. please help!

If you've just bought a phone as a new contract it has no relationship with your PAYG & therefore there is no reason for your PAYG subs to stop.

.Did you not get a SIM with your contract phone?
