Hi,
I have been using PayAsYouGo sim by EE since 2020. I am in Pakistan and the sim has been working perfectly. I top-up my sim, I receive text messages from EE and other general numbers but I do not receive calls on it. I can't send text messages or or make phone calls to local or international numbers from my EE sim.
Since my number is registered with my banks and other necessary places, I can't lose it. If it is deactivated how would i get OTPs and text messages and just not able to send texts or make calls.
If there's an issue of deactivation, please let me know how do I reactivate it.

When did you previously make a chargeable action with it before yesterday's top-up? Once it's gone into hibernation topping-up is too late.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
