Pay 13.50£ for an add on

Hello, I paid £15 for a top-up thinking that I could renew my £15 extra option, but it's a rip-off! The £15 will only be automatically taken on May 20th, and I called on the 10th and accidentally paid directly with my card for a measly "add-on extra" of 500 MB. These scammers, so am I to understand that from now on, I will pay £13.50 each time for every 500 MB until May 20th when they will finally activate my extra option and I will have a peaceful 25 GB per month? Rip-off, rip-off, rip-off! I'm going to EE tomorrow, and if they cannot activate those 25 GB in addition to the 500 MB from May 12th, don't try to make me pay £13.50 each time for a lousy add-on of 500 MB. I will terminate the services and find a way to get my £15 back. So this is a tutorial how to trow to the bin 28£

Thank you, master, I didn't realize that I paid in advance for the extraoption(pack) and those 500MB were not extra data but a bonus that came with the actual extraoption(pack) for £13.50. It was all due to me not noticing the message "NOW to 150.Thinking that I would be forced to pay each time like a fool for 500 MB each until May 21st when  my pack of £13.50 would be  initially refreshed, without realizing that I actually paid in advance and those 500 MB were a bonus data, not an extra data hahaha."

What is a £15 "extra" option?

A 1 week 500 MB data add-on is only £3. So just what is it you have bought?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
