Paid £10 for 8gb data but it says I don’t have any data now. Did I just paid for the SIM card then? If no then, How do I activate my data?

this is a huge problem. I spent money to explore the services of this company because they don’t let us do it for free and now even after paying money, I have to go look for the service that I was promised.

I know you are on PAYG but just FYI you can buy PAYM with 14 days cooling period to test the service.
