I bought a £10 package, part of which was 500 minutes. After a few short calls I recieved a message telling me I had run out of talk time and needed to top up again.
I activated the original package on Monday and it's now Friday...no way I've used 500 minutes talking.
My data is untouched...I've been on WiFi most of the time....
What's going on?
