Pack Hasn't Renewed!

I topped up £10 last night just as I always do......the night before the pack renewal happens. I received the top-up confirmation email and confirmation text same as always. My account is also showing £10 credit.....and yet the £10 pack hasn't renewed and I'm stuck now. This has never happened before......Help Please

Thanks for replying..........it's all sorted now............just some technical oversight and my pack hadn't renewed. I contacted EE through the messenger and they were really friendly, quick and helpful. Top marks really!
