I thought I’d topped up my payg mobile by using my card to add £10 credit, however the credit has not gone to my phone as it’s just sitting in my eye account. How do I transfer it to my phone to use as payg credit or to buy a pack? Tried buying a pack but it just wants more money from my card.

I’m having the same problem. My sim has been used before. Can’t even call or text 150 now as say no credit, even thoughts there’s £10 on my account
