Hello,
I was using PAYG sim and wonder if I could replace the sim in EE shop as I have lost it with my phone.
The phone number is very important and I need to keep it.
I do not live in the UK but I travel to UK quite often.
As the sim was not linked to any address or photo ID, what proof do I need to show that the number belongs to me?
I have the top up records in the EE app and I will be able to show.
Thank you very much

You could try but you really need photo ID or you could phone CS to order a replacement SIM for £1.50.
If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
