On Payg £15 and it has not renewed.

I've been on £15 a month payg for a couple of years now and it has worked without issue. This month though I topped up a day before I needed to and got a message saying I have £15 credit but on the day it was supposed to renew (21st May 2024) it hasn't renewed and I still have £15 credit but no data or anything.

Same here. Due to renew £15 pack on 21st May. Topped up £15 20th May and got a message confirming that. Got a message on the day of renewal I need to top up within the next 7 days to keep the pack. I have topped up and the account is credited with £15 so take it out of that please.
