Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can shed some light on my situation. I purchased an EE SIM card in the UK and used it for a year while living there. I returned to the UK last November and haven't recharged my SIM.
I could still receive OTPs on the number, but that stopped yesterday (23 September 2024).
Today, I managed to top up £10 but not receiving any OTPs to my number.
How I can receive OTPs to my number, as this number aligns with my Outlook email? and i am not getting access to my outlook email.
I need some advice or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

@Moin522 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
What's oyster-like? Isn't it a card to get on London Underground?
