No data after topping up

Hi, I topped up at end of last month but my account shows Zero data remaining and I have not used any. In fact I only use the phone when in London and have not been there in months.  It’s turned off.

You people are no help. You don’t read the previous messages, you don’t even read the question properly

I have tried. You don’t pick up and I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes on more than one occasion  before hanging up. 
just the worst service.
