my SIM saying No Service because I haven't uploaded for 3 months but when I'm tryna make a upload site not recognize my number how I'm gonna turn on again please help

No, the TTH (Time To Hibernation) is 6 months, not 3, w/out any chargeable actions.

Can you send or  receive a text? Can you make or receive a call?

Are you PAYG or on a contract plan?

Are you in an area free of faults EE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal

Are you able to access other websites?  BBC - Home or Google?

No I cant receive a text or call,I can't make a call also

I'm in service area,I've been using this SIM in same area for 3 months,but now it's not working cause I needed upload 10 sterlin but I didn't cause they told me given time is 6 months so I've been chilling but it's became no service then I searched and find out it's not 6 months it's 3 months.

I need this SIM  cause I'm registered all my bank accounts and like paypal and stripe I need receive texts,I still can get messages by whatsapp cause I still signed in whatsapp but I cant get SMS 

please I need turn on service asap

You mean you wanna top-up (that's not upload)? Just use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
