I bought a new EE sim today which advertised 75GB for £15 a month for 6 months but as I’ve set the new sim up the promotional offer seems to have finished at the end of January. I bought the sim for the promotional offer and now will have to pay £20 to get less data or £30 for unlimited which I’m not able to afford. Does anybody know if EE can rectify this or if this sim is just not worth it now?

After contacting customer service, they resolved this issue very quickly. Customer service rep was very friendly and helped me due to the misunderstanding to alter my PAYG sim to the promotional offer after explaining the situation. My only fault is that it was quite difficult to get through to a human rather than the automated service although this is minor as the rep made the experience smooth. Unfortunately I did not get the representatives name otherwise I would mention how fantastic they were !

I bought a new EE SIM card today which advertises 75GB for £15 a month for 6 months ( 25GB thereafter ). After setting up the sim I have realised the plan only offers the 25GB for £15 but the reason I purchased the sim was for the 75GB. Is there a way EE can rectify this? Or is there something I can do? The only other options are to pay £20 for less data or £30 for unlimited which I can’t afford

Duplicate posts have been merged into a single thread. If you purchased this new plan via online or telesales, it comes with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return if it's not suitable.
There's no account access on this public forum, but in principle, offers come and go - so you just need to take the best offer available at the time of purchase.
