New debit card

I have a new debit card.  I'm trying to change the card on my EE account details but if I select 'remove card' I'm warned that this will cancel my monthly top up.  I simply want to replace the old card with the new card and continue with the top up.  How do I do this please?

In this case, please call us on 150 and the team will update your card details for you.

Why? Why cannot I update from the website?

If this is not an option for you in your My EE, this would need to be looked into by our pay as you care team.
