New Sim Card

Hello.

I have ordered a new SIM card. It will cost me £1.50 when I next top up my phone £10. I was told the £1.50 will come off when I next top up, however do I need to pay £10 still or do I need to pay £11.50?

@KJones69 : You can't top-up £11.50. You could top-up £15 to cover both the £1.50 replacement fee & the £10 for buying your next pack.

@KJones69  It’ll come from your £10 top up. You topup £10 and £1.50 will automatically be taken from that £10

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
