Need replacement sim

I just want a replacement sim but its proving almost impossible to do. Tried phoning from mob and land line but non of the options are applicable. I dont want to change the number I just want to replace my sim to a nano sim, The only page I was directed to said it was no longer active.

Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or phone CS for one for £1.50. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

Please get in touch with Customer Care to report your SIM lost. The team will make sure your old one is disconnected and arrange a replacement for you.
