hi all, hope you are having a good day

I purchased a phone couple of months back and had a sim with it and a pay as you go top up card with it. I want to use that top up card on my current sim which is different to the one i had before. how do i change the sim number connected to the top up card? and how do i connect a sim to the top up card.

To link an E top-up card to your device, try texting 150 with ETU then a space and then the 13-digit E top-up card number (the space in between is important so be sure to include it), e.g. ETU 1234567891234 from your SIM.

I'm not sure this overrides an existing registered top-up card to another no. but is only for fresh top-up cards. If it doesn't work, you will need to get a new top-up card from an EE store.

yes this was partially helpful but i am looking to change the phone number attached to the etu card
