If you haven't already, can you please try sending us a text with NOW to 150 to see if this helps activate the pack?

@Ashley1101 : Which pack did you have? I guess it was a £10 pack but what is it made up of?

Hi, I have the similar issue but in addition it says I don't have credit while clearly the credit is there. Texting to 150 didn't help.

What was the reply when you text NOW to 150 or PACK10 to 150 if it is the £10 pack you want?
Are you not able to purchase the £10 pack via your online account with your credit?

A response from 150 was that I don't have enough credit - which was not true as on my account the credit was 10 pounds this morning and when I have texted Balance to 150 it confirmed I have 10 (I have topped up yesterday - just for information). As it felt like a looped situation and texting Now didn't help I have found a number and called to a support and they've solved it for me.
